Real Madrid to Play Benfica in Champions League Last 32
Real Madrid are taking on Benfica in the Champions League Round of 32. The first match happens on 17/18 February 2026 at Benfica's ground, Estadio da Luz in Lisbon. Then they'll play the second leg at Real Madrid's home, the Santiago Bernabéu, on 24/25 February.
Benfica recently beat Madrid 4–2, which was a bit of a shock, so the Spanish side will be wanting revenge. What makes it even more interesting is that José Mourinho is now managing Benfica, and he's heading back to Madrid – that'll add some real spice to the matches.
Madrid are still expected to go through, but Benfica have been scoring plenty of goals lately, so both games should be proper exciting and intense.
